2014 Sussex Mile Results

Bexhill hosted the 3rd annual Sussex Indoor Mile on the 22.2.14 at Bexhill High School. Out of the 81 entries Bexhill had 23 entries in total but with two wins in the fastest lightweight category taken by Mark Mitchell who also got the 2nd fastest time of the day. The second win came in the Mixed Relay, where the Bexhill team of Will Knapp, Mark M, Doug Holdaway and Maisie Hill led from start to finish with the Deal B team coming in second.

Well done to all the Bexhill rowers that took part, some excellent performances and a good test to see where peoples fitness is. With strong performances from Shoreham and Deal, who had just as many entries as us it looks like it is going to be a much closer season than 2013.
